Calculation of cost per mile wrong?

Hello,

I am building a site and am trying out your plugin. I want there to be a base fee of 8euros applied to the basket. I have also created 2 conditions;

Condition 1 – If distance is 0 – 32km, do not charge extra
Condition 2 – If distance is 33km or higher, charge 0.24euros per km.

I have tested and up to 32km is indeed only charging 8euros – great.
But I have entered an address that is showing at 35km away. So 35km, minus the free 32km = 3km. So it should be 3x 0.24 = 0.72, but instead it’s showing only as an extra 0.40. This is strange because a) it’s incorrect, but b) it’s not even a multiple of 0.24? I would have thought it would be like, 1km = 0.24, 2km = 0.48, 3km = 0.72 etc etc.

Any idea what is happening here? The site is not public so I cannot link you I’m afraid.
