    Hi @eterika ,

Since you are using the Premium version, kindly contact our developers at our Support Forum https://wpc.ticksy.com/. Our developers might need to request for your admin credentials in order to study any external pricing or discount plugins that might be conflicting with ours.

This can’t be done here since this forum is for free versions and it’s public.

    Best regards.

    Hi, @janilyn409

We have same problem, only difference is that we use free version. This bundle was working fine but about last week this don’t work anymore.

    Hi @maitarsolutions ,

Maybe our plugin is conflicting with another external plugin on your site.

You can check by deactivating all plugins, except WooCommerce and ours to see if the prices are correct when bundle is added to the cart or not. Then reactivate others one by one to find which is conflicting with ours.

Issue of this kind might be triggered by a conflict with a dynamic pricing or discount rule plugin.

    Best regards.

    Hello,
for me the subtotal in the cart doubles when i have percentage discount enabled.
I found that there is a conflict with the “Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce” plugin.
I hope you provide a solution in the next update.

    THANKS

    Hey there all,

We have a similar issue with the woo membership plugin.
All products get 10% discount when a user is a member, but for some reason on the bundle product, the subtotal takes 20% off and not 10%, not sure how to resolve this….. Also dont believe there is no solution, as there should be…..

Logic: If a singular product has a % price, the bundle should not work with its own % discount (basically you the user should decide to work on singular product discount/bundle, cant have both, which from a development side makes logical sense due to doubling then on %), should work to calculate the singular product % and add to total, otherwise if you have % on bundle, singular products then should keep to regular price.

Just not sure why there is no solution for this…. We could choose to strip your plugin and provide our own solution, but that would defeat the purpose for us to keep the plugin up to date. So please… This should be a standard fix. I dont see why this plugin should be causing issues majorly with discounted prices.

On that note, some extra information. If I change the setting on the bundle to display price based on Regular and not on Sale, the subtotal works fine, but if I showed the price on Sale and not Regular, it doubles. So there is a flaw in your plugin there.
