Calculating with comma numbers

Hello,

Currently I am setting up a few products with the PPOM plugin. For prices with decimal separator with comma the calculation doesn’t work.
For example my product oysters is 1,20, if they want the product to be shucked the price goes up by 0,10 cents. That doesn’t work, if I set the option to be a whole number for example 1 that does work.
Perhaps it’s just a little twist in the code to make it work?
