• The formatting of the quantity discount table, shown on single products, was at least in my case terrible (“TheGem” template): The first row, containing the minimum item count for a certain discount, was set to “100%”, and the 2nd row (max. item count) and 3rd row (discount in % or value) have no width setting, but activated word wrap. Means the 1st row is super wide, es wide as possible to fill the space on the product page, and the other 2 rows are as small as possible. Since there is no way to change the design of this table in the settings, you need to modify it in the file xa-single-product-pricing-table.php yourself. But this wasn’t a big deal.

The 2nd issue is, that I am using an Abandon Cart Reminder, and the reminder email only contains the single item price, but not the discounted price. Therefore, I must change the design or wording in the reminder email. But this is not really a big problem, just a little unpleasant.

The 3rd problem I want to talk about is, that there is no option to apply discounts to ALL categories the same time. Because I want to apply a volume discount to every item in the store, and to show the discount on the product page, I had to add an additional category, add every item in the store to this category, and then apply the discount to this category. The pitfall: I had to modify the template code, to disable this category, so it is not shown in the sidebar. But I was not able to change this on the product detail page, where I show in which category the shown product depends. They sent me an excuse, why they only allow to set 1 category per rule, instead of adding several categories or even all categories to the rule. I would be supposed to use the “cart rule” to achieve what I want. But this would mean, I wouldn’t have the discount on the product page, and I would need to upgrade to the premium version. BUT, it would NOT fix the issues.

Because of the issue with the necessary additional category, I will not use this plugin, and went with another free one, with a much better layout on the product page and the capability to apply discounts to categories or products in bulk.

    Hi,

Please raise a ticket here so that I can check the issue with the discounts calculating incorrectly.

    Regards,

    Hi,

In the product rule you can select the drop down “Rule Applicable on” select All products in cart, and select check on ” Quantity”

This should apply the discount on all products in cart if the quantity reach the minimum set.

If the discounts are showing incorrectly please do try switching to a different theme to see if the discounts show correctly.

Also see if you have set in the settings the calculation mode as best discount or first match rule.

I switched to “Storefront” theme, and it is the same issue: Discounts are always applied twice. I deactivated a whole bunch of plugins, still same thing. And then, I deactivated your plugin and tried a different one, and it is still the same issue!! Now I don’t have any idea anymore, how to fix this. Looks like I will run my business from now on without wholesaler discounts… WooCommerce is a disaster ??

Any idea where to look at?

I found the issue with the double discount. It was a setting in a different plugin.

    Hi,

Good to know you’ve fixed the issue with the double discount, let me know if you have any queries or issues.

I have the same problem. What did you do to correct it?

    Hi,

Please deactivate other plugins to check if you have any other plugin causing the double discount.

    Regards,
