    Once all calculated results appear based on the clients input, is there a way that they click a submit button that transfers all of the calculated details (questions and answers) onto another page and not just sent to their email?

    Hello @fitnessgenie

    Yes of course, that’s possible, however, you will need at least the Professional version of the plugin (the features are not included in the free version of the plugin).

    Insert into the content of a page of your website the shortcode for the results: [CP_CALCULATED_FIELDS_RESULT] and then, enter the URL to this page, into the “Thank you page” attribute in the form’s settings.

    After the form be submitted, the user will be redirected to the thank you page, where the shortcode would be replaced by a summary of the information collected by the form. More information visiting the following link:
