Calculated Fields Form – stopped working today

Sure. There is 1 form on each of the following 2 pages. All disappeared, even in “Preview” mode at control panel.

The forms are there.

The issue is not caused by the plugin. The URL that generates javascript code, merging the controls’ code, in both websites are:

https://new.homerebate.ca/?cp_cff_resources=public&min=1&ver=1.0.248

and

https://new.homerebate.ca/?cp_cff_resources=public&min=1&ver=1.0.248

respectively.

But your websites were configured for not accepting parameters in the homepages’ URLs, so, I’ve called other URLs in the websites with these parameters to generate the javascript files. Once the javascript code is generated, the forms will work as usual.

Guess I should change configure to accept parameters in the homepages’ URLs, to prevent similar issues down the road.

Same thing happened again after upgrading to new version 1.0.250. The forms just disappeared.

Can you pls advise where is the option to “accepting parameters in the homepages’ URLs or not”? I’m using Siteground as host, if that makes a difference.

The settings of the website are not controlled by the plugin.

As you have configured the website to generate a cached version of the javascript files, if you visit the an internal page, passing to it the corresponding parameters that are not accepted by your homepage (for example: https://new.homerebate.ca/old-homerebate/?cp_cff_resources=public&min=1&ver=1.0.250), the plugin will generate the javascript files and the form will be available again.

Great. Now I know how to fix it manually, as you instructed. But kind of headache to do it after every version upgrade.

You can check the .htaccess file in your website, or if you have installed a plugin for controlling the accesses to the different pages of website you should check its settings.
