Calculated Fields Form Showing When Autoptimize Is Activated

I am using Autoptimize and have configured my settings that give me great results for a score of 100 but the pitfall here is my Calculated Fields Form does not show up on the page. If I deactive the Autoptimize plug-in the CFF appears. What option do I have to keep my Optimization settings the same and also let my Calculated Fields Form display? Please help.
