Calculated fields form not working in Firefox or Safari

No, the same problem is happening in Chrome. You are not detecting it because you should be logged in WordPress with Chrome. Please, try again in Firefox but after login into your WordPress from Firefox. I guess there is a plugin on your WordPress that deletes the Cookies and Session variables.

I even had WPEngine empty server cache.
