Calculated Fields Form – just Date in subject

    Hi guys,
    I have a problem with CFF in the way how it displays the date.
    I like to have some informations in my email (in the subject of the e-mail).

    I’ve add this following code:

    <% currentdate_ddmmyyyy%> _ <% fieldname1_value%> | Contact form 1

    It comes out:
    12/03/2021 13: 32: 05_John Doe | Contact form 1

    BUT, I would like
    1.) this without time – only date
    2.) in this order YYYY.MM.DD

    So, it should look like this:

    2021/03 / 12_John Doe | Contact form 1

    Does anyone has a good solution or an idea? That would be great.
