CALCULATED FIELD FORM ON AMP

Hello,
i try to add a calculated field form through the Accelerated Mobile Pages plugin for google Amp, as i show in the link doent work and give me this error https://www.bestiani.com/vi/bat-dau/amp.
Do i miss something because i just add the shortcode [CP_CALCULATED_FIELDS id=”8″] inside the CUSTOM AMP EDITOR where is written: If you want to add some special tags, then please use normal HTML into this area, it will automatically convert them into AMP compatible tags but still doesnt work.
