    Hi,

    I have created a form with dependency field.

    So i have create 2 field

    1. Parcel send from
    2. Parcel send to

    There is different date for 2 ground of places. So in total i created 4 diff group of value.

    place from (A) – place to (A) – with weight group A – Get Result A (Calculation 1)
    Place from (B) – place to (A) – with weight group B – Get Result B (Calculation 2)
    Place from (A) – place to (B) – with weight group A – Get Result C (Calculation 3)
    Place from (B) – place to (B) – with weight group B – Get result D (Calculation 4)

    And i would like to send confirmaiton email after form is submitted. But
    The weight group and calculation group is not appear in the email. How to fix this?

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    I assume that by “dependency” you mean some visibility logic set for those field, right?

    Would you mind sharing the form with us to check? You can export any form from the plugin by click on a little “gear” icon next to selected form and then selecting “Export” option.

    We could then check the form and this would greatly help in finding out why it’s happening and how to, possibly, fix it.
