calculate VAT with custom fees

    Hi,
    I’m trying to recalculate the VAT on total shipping in php but I can`t find the right place to do this .
    The problem I have is that the VAT is calculated on the total price of the products , but also I want calculated the VAT on the custom taxes I have created with the “Product fees” plugin.
    Can anybody help me?
