Hi there

In the cart page, when address is entered it doesn’t calculate the shipping, it gives the error No shipping options were found for

Hi @jamiej0nk,

Thank you for this. The most likely cause is incorrect login details under ‘config’ (or an account config issue on parcel perfect).

Would you be able to double check those settings to be sure? The steps to resolve would be:

1. Re-enter account number, username and password.
2. Save.
3. Confirm other details under settings are selected; especially the “Shop Area / Suburb” field (see this example). If the drop down selection does not work here, it means “The Courier Guy” account details are incorrect or the account itself may not be configured correctly.
