Calculate order weight and display on invoice

I’d like to add the total order weight on the invoice, how can I do this via hook or editing the template? I’m currently using the free version ^^

This is available in the total row of the Premium Templates extension customizer, see below:
Or using a custom block with the placeholder {{order_weight}} on the same extension.
