Calculate button for nutrition greyed out

  • Hi, I am trying to calculate the nutrition in a create recipe card, I have checked all the correct boxes in settings, and added the ingredients as simply as possible, just amounts and names but the calculate button remains greyed out?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey @jessnichj,

    Thanks so much for reaching out! Would you be able to confirm if you’re registered for Create by going to Create -> Settings -> then clicking the Registration tab?

    If not, you’ll need to register Create before you can calculate nutrition information. If it is showing as registered, can you try clicking the “Log Out” button and registering with the same information again to see if that does the trick?
