• Hello,

First thank you for the plugin ??
I have an issue with caching, if visitors select a currency and then they go back to the main page or any other page the currency is reset to default (main currency), they will have to switch currency again.

I think caching plugin is causing this, Im using W3 total cache and cloudflare

Any idea how to fix this or add an exclusion ?

  • Amine CH,
We have a solution for the caching site (Use SESSION option) but it is only available on Pro version. So please consider upgrading to pro version to solve the problem.

Hello Julian, im planning to buy this plugin but 1st i need to know if this plugin uses ajax requests (or any other methods) to change values, the reason is because im using static caching plugin (W3 total cache) and I need a currency switcher plugin that makes use of ajax requests to update fields when static content is being served.

I tried some currency switchers plugins, activating “Geolocation with caching support” in Woocommerce solves the issue but it has disadvantages, it adds a redirect on all pages (?v=xxxxxx) to prevent page cache which causes website to be slow and also affect seo ranking too (due to redirects).

Im looking for a plugin that offer alternative solutions, please can you confirm tht it works with static caching plugins without enabling the “Geolocation with caching support” in Woocommerce or disabling page cache ?

    Thank you

    Hello Amine CH,
Sorry, after reading carefully your request. I’m afraid that our plugin cannot do what you want to do.
