Caching with WP Super Cache

  • Dear support,

    I’m using the WP Super Cache also with Preload being Active.
    Please, is there any way the cache can refresh on the certain Blog Post cache (not the whole page cache) when receiving like?
    Right now, if I like and refresh the page the like I gave doesn’t show.
