Caching With Nginx and fastestCache

Hello,

I have a VPS with Apache and Nginx caching (reverse proxy caching) and I was wondering if using Fastest Cache is good or bad for the system?
Do I need to make changes to the Nginx configuration in order to maximize the performance?
Basically I need to know if I want to properly combine Nginx reverse proxy with your caching plugin.
I’ve found a post here https://www.linuxtechbits.com/post/caching-with-nginx-wordpress/ and I don’t know if this applies to Fastest Cache as well.
