Caching support for Woocommerce – VAT is dynamic

    Hi,
    I have a German shop page which requires that the VAT tax is displayed on the product archive pages as well as the single product pages. So not only the prices are dynamic content but also the tax information. I use “Caching support – Load products price in background.”, which works fine, however, the tax is not loaded in background, thus the pages are showing the wrong tax when the page is cached. Is there a possibility to overcome this, besides excluding the pages from caching?

    Hi,
    it’s not resolved yet. For now I have excluded the pages from being cached and my test environment where I could show you the problem is not online right now. I’ll be able to get it running next week hopefully. I’ll reply here again when I can show the issue.

    Is this something you can fix or would I have to ask the plugin authors of “Woocommerce German Market” that make the tax info be displayed according to German legislation?

    The German Market team fixed the issue. Could you contact them?

    Hi Oscar,
    this other thread is actually my thread as well.
    This issue was just a filtering and display issue of the German Market plugin and could be fixed by the German Market team.
    The issue here is different. You have included the functionality “Caching support – Load products price in background.”, which is great. However, I would need an enhancement like “Caching support – Load products price and TAX in background.”

    Hi,
    We updated the compatibility with German Market by MarketPress. Now, the “Load product price in the background” function refreshes the tax info added by the German Market plugin.

    Hi,
    yes ?? the compatibility with the German Market plugin is included in the Pro version.
