Caching support

  • I started using WP Fastest Cache plug-in and got an incident with an order. This is an order of a domestic private customer.

    What happened is that in the order overview this order has two VAT columns, has two shipping elements and the total price is without VAT.

    Is this plug-in compatible with WP Fastest Cache?

    The EU VAT Assistant doesn’t interact with any caching plugins and is not aware of any of them, because it doesn’t need to. In any case, caching seems to be an unlikely cause, because the page elements don’t get duplicated just because there’s a caching plugin running. The issue probably stems from somewhere else which might be firing the same event twice and displaying duplicate elements.

    The EU VAT Assistant reached its end of life in June 2022 and we can no longer provide support for it. We are keeping it available for users who still use it, and might need to access its code, but we would recommend to contact your developers if you need assistance tweaking it.
