Caching Problem?

    Website https://nflbrits.com is running on wordpress multisite through my network. The site is frozen (probably cached) yet I do not have any caching plugin active (anymore). New posts do not appear, I cannot change the site to “static front page” and changing the theme does nothing (theme does not change).

    The problem seemed to occur when I turned off “quick cache” plugin (because it was causing problems) and activated wordfence. I have since deactivated wordfence and cleaned up the mysql tables and deleted all files in the wfcache folder as well as deleting the quickcache cache folder. I have cleared my browser cache (everyone sees the site the same way so it cannot be a local problem).

    I’m at a loss now and do not know what to do. Can anyone offer me any suggestions?

    I have just found the problem in the .htacess file. I have bulletproof security installed switched to default .htacess and the site is fine. Recreated the secure .htaccess files and activated and everything is still fine. ??
