Caching plugins & reverse caching proxy support (a.k.a. Cloudflare)?

  • How well does this plugin work with caching plugins and reverse proxies? I’m assuming it’s using cookies to distinguish users? Are there any best practices on configuring this plugin along with popular caching plugins?
