caching off wont display

Kindly allow me some time to investigate this and get back to you asap.

I still cant get this to work. I have uninstalled several speed optimizers and just left litespeed cache live, I have cleaned out all the cache – uninstalled Icegram and reinstalled. Interestingly as it might be related on reinstall I get a headers missing message and old campaigns are still present. When I try to delete via housekeeping it appears to hang. Hope this helps move things on as the plugin when working is great.

This doesn’t seem to be the plugin issue.
It seems to be some different issue from a caching plugin and mostly not speed optimizers.

Kindly let me know your views on the same.

Not convinced it is a cache problem, I have the same cache (litespeed cache plugin)running on an experimental test site, https://mail-marketing.co.uk , where icegram is working ok. Akso when I disable the cache plugin the problem still exists

I think something has become corrupted somewhere. When I unistall it disappears from wp-contents/plugins but on reinstillation the campaigns are still present. Also house keeping hangs. is there anything esle I can do to remove fully and try a clean install?

We have checked this site https://concrew-training.co.uk/ and on this cache compatibility option is on.
So it is working fine there.
Also we check that there is one caching plugin install on that site.
So we would recommend you to use cache compatibility option.
Are you facing any other issues with cache compatibility enable?
Regarding reinstallation, if you reinstall the plugin it will still retain you campaign and Icegram Settings.
Also if you want to delete that use Housekeeping option.

It was fixed some time ago. Disabling security shield plugin fixed the problem. Re-enabled shield but couldn’t duplicate the problem.
