Caching Log In Page

Look at the “LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager” at cPanel if your domain is Disabled.

According to our hosting company there is no caching at server level and we don’t have caching at admin level as we deleted the caching plug in when we found it to be ineffective in resolving this issue.

Do you have access to cPanel?

At the “Advanced” tab you have a link to “LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager”

It’s not installed it just takes you to the option to install the plug in.

I have used a browser cache hit tool looking at your login page and the browser caching for your page is different from many other UM Pages.

Page created: Thu, 26 May 2022 21:38:39 GMT
Page expires: Sat, 25 Jun 2022 21:38:39 GMT

and the max-age=2592000 which is 30 days
is the time you ask your browser to keep the login page.

This link shows how you turn off browser caching
and it should be the same parameters for LiteSpeed web server also.

No, you are still at the 30 days cache.

They don’t have an example for WordPress.

Maybe you should ask your web hosting support about how to disable browser cache for WordPress at the LiteSpeed server.

Thank you for checking. I guess changing .htaccess is not applicable then and will revert it back to it’s original one. I’ve forwarded your post to my hosting company and will see what response I get.

No,there is no change of the browser caching.

Much better, but no other files such as jpg, css, js etc are cached now.
Your page will have poor performance if all these files are loaded for every page you visit on your site.
