Caching links from staging when swapping with production

Hello Emre,

I noticed an issue in a site that I am currently supporting in WordPress. When I swap staging with production sometimes links of the menu are cached and cannot be cleared by Clearing All Cache. The result is that in production you click on a menu item and it redirects you to the corresponding staging page. The site is hosted in Azure and both staging and production share the same database. When I disable/enable the plugin after swapping links appear correctly.
