Caching issues when I update the site

Hi, Am using Divi theme, hosted by Siteground. Was having issues with the English homepage which is the selected default language – background colors missing, spacing issues, and updates made to the page not showing in the live site. I finally flushed the caches in Siteground which fixed the issues but then did a search and found that there is a known issue with Memcached and Polylang. So I ended up just disabling Memcached since Siteground uses Dynamic Cache.

However, when I went in and made some more changes today, the background colors again disappeared and the changes did not show up so I went back into Siteground and flushed Dynamic Cache.

Does anyone know if the caching situation only occurs when making updates to the site or is it just as users use the site? Are there any more permanent fixes to the caching situation? Does the paid version have the same issues?
