Caching Issues / NO REFUNDS

  • Plugin has serious incompatibility with any caching program. So you pick: super slow site or mildly functional topbar? Want a refund? Nope. And I quote, “Because of the nature of the product it is not possible for us to know if you will be using it or not (digital product).”

    Here a few things to note about this request:

    This is crossed out because it has nothing to do with www.remarpro.com, which only serves free plugins.

    To be extremely clear: “Because of the nature of the product it is not possible for us to know if you will be using it or not (digital product)” is NOT the reason why we are not providing you with a refund. The reason you gave us was: “Unfortunately, this plugin just did not work out for us”. We cannot provide refunds to customers when they simply tell us that it didn’t work out for them. We try to help and find solutions and if there are unsolvable conflicts/issues, we always provide full refunds.

    Plugin has serious incompatibility with any caching program – We have tested the plugin with many caching plugins and it was fully compatible. Among these plugins, we tested WP Fastest Cache, WP Super Cache and others, used by several millions users in the world.
