Caching issue

    This page gets updated every evening to show the previous days data.
    However recently readers of the site have been saying that it’s 2+ weeks old.

    They send screenshots to confirm.
    I can’t replicate the issue on my end but seems that the table is being cached on their end…or perhaps something else. Is there a way to fix this or a known issue?

    The users who have had the issue are viewing on Chrome.

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    I’m not sure that I understand. Where is the table data coming from? Is it being imported from somewhere periodically?

    I update the data every evening manually by uploading a CSV file.
    To me it shows that the table has been updated when I visit the link posted above, however some users seem to have the table view cached for over a week.
    Hence displaying a table with old data.

    Hi,

    ok, thanks for the clarification. You could try turning off TablePress’ own caching here. For that, please change the Shortcode on this page to

    [table id=2 cache_table_output=false /]
