Caching Issue?

After changing my posts to portfolio entries, they didn’t stop appearing in the blogroll. The do appear in the portfolio filtered page but are also appearing as posts.

If I clone a post and then delete the original, the problem is solved. The new one only appears in one place instead of both. This made me think I was dealing with a post type caching issue???
