I have been struggling with Super Page Cache for Cloudflare for almost the last 10 hours or more….

Still not able to see its working in Cache Test. Each time I try to test its showing that the cache is not enabled for dynamic, neither for static.

Tried deactivating other plugins as well as deactivating, deleting this plugin too and reinstalling, reactivating…still the same issue. Please assist me fix the issue.

I have other websites with multiple caching plugin (i.e. Litespeed and Cloudflare both working together, Litespeed for image optimization and CF for Cache)… But in the current website I am just frustrated now. Please asssist me….Thanks!

    Hi,
As I can see the page caching is working perfectly: https://i.imgur.com/CSUzaey.jpeg

I created a custom rule via CloudFlare to cache everything…that’s why its working now. Not via your plugin.

    Hi,
Can you try the latest version of the plugin to see if it’s working?

Was there an issue from the plugins end? Because I have been using Super Page Cache on my other websites too. But its working on those website.

If the issue was in any recent update then I will update it. I expect it to work without any custom page cache rule now. Shall I proceed?

The Cache rule supposed to be created by the plugin itself.

    What’s this?

Same for me. Your update wasted my entire workday until I realized the issues come from your plugin.

N more caching, while my CF rules are still there.

Rolling back throws same message as above in this thread.

Also, no longer able to use RankMath SEO as of today.

I am deciding to switch to custom CloudFlare rule or just to cache everything instead of using this plugin until it’s fixed.

It also destroys media library even now I rolled back to ?Super Page Cache for Cloudflare to v4.7.11?Super Page Cache for Cloudflare to v4.7.11 even.

As long as it is active, RankMath SEO won’t function either and media library tab is grey and empty.

Temp solution: if you saved a version from before, like 2 weeks ago – V4.713 it will be good again.

But it won’t work via the plugin option [in plugin list page] to revert to former version.
You need a clean deletion of it and any DB memory of it.

    1. Prior to deleting [and before activating the older version] ensure to also deactivate any auto-updating of this plugin… I use Companion Auto Update plugin to manage such things.

    2. Ensure to uncheck the option to save settings upon deactivation in this cache plugin

    3. Deactivate and delete the plugin.

    4. Use FileZilla FTP to upload to your site’s …/wp-content/plugins folder the fv4.713 version – its entire folder.

    5. Activate plugin and set all as you wish. Reconnect to CF. It’ll be fine again.

I suspect the move to new CF rules from page rules where it used to reside messes stuff up so it needs a clean start.

I have v5.0 working. I confirmed with the headers that it is caching, and the menu bar gets the green cloud icon. There are two issues I have…

1: the Test Cache buttons display differently on my sites. One says “Undefined” with a green check mark. The other says: “Cloudflare integration has an issue. Disk Page Caching is functional.” with a green check. Both are on the same Cloudflare account and both appear to be configured identically. I could not find any logs to provide further information. Both sites are nginx (same server, with the same conf template). On both sites, I selected to not save data, and disabled and deleted the plugin. I disabled caching in Cloudflare while I did this work. I also manually deleted the swcfpc option database entries when the plugin was removed.

2: both of my sites stopped caching… I was using the API token for each domain. Trying to re-enable the cloudflare caching did not work. changed to using my global API key (gulp), and it started to work again. I would love to switch this back to the more secure site API token.

If there is any additional information I can provide to help resolve these issues, please let me know.

Yes the dev team is working on fixing the bugs that came with v5.0 as it’s a major update.

Yes, I experienced the same problem with v 5.0 of plugin.

The “Undefined” box after cache test ans green check is baffling – I have not found the source for the problem.

This plugin used to be very dependable and it was well tested before each release. This is no longer the case. Too many problems and resulting in user troubleshooting which sometimes can take hours or days!

The undefined was cause from a browser cache problem, clearing would have helped.

this is all fixed with the new release, thanks for understanding.

I am getting this message when checking cache status: Cloudflare (Cache Rule or Worker) is not enabled!

    Edit: Fixed.
