Caching/Duplication issue? Shortcode appears even when not set
-
I’m running into an issue with a site I have in staging. Below are the credentials to view the demo (it’s OK for these to be public). I can send log in credentials separately if needed.
demo
letmeinHere are three pages where the issue occurs:
https://dabodp.wpengine.com/
https://dabodp.wpengine.com/spots/
https://dabodp.wpengine.com/narrative/Every page with the Vimeography shortcode forces the ID 2 on every page despite it not being set within the page.
I have since deleted ID 2 in an attempt to fix the issue, but it still occurs.
Note on the /spots link that I have ID 2 set within the body of the page, yet it also duplicates.
On the /narrative page you’ll see that the Narrative videos (ID 3) appear as intended, yet the shortcode for ID 2 still attempts to load above it.
To be clear, I have only one shortcode set on each page. So my issue is not the error message that’s being shown; I know that appears because I deleted the ID 2 shortcode. Prior to deleting that shortcode, however, I had two Vimeography instances on the page despite only having one shortcode set in the page body.
Clearing my cache did not fix the issue.
