    Hi
In comparison to similar products and free versions, I like the level of customization that Forminator offers us
I have tried to test the Contact Form feature of Formnator, however, lately there is constantly the error message stating “An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again (Invalid Nonce. Please refresh you browser), which happens when users try to send a message.
I think only some time users could send through their messages, but most of the time, the same error message appears as above. It appears to be an issue of unstable performance.
Please see the specific Web page above for your reference – could you please advise?

    Hi @sunjiaqi,

I was able to notice the issue on the mentioned URL.

On further checking, I was able to notice an error in the browser console. Just to make sure no other plugin is conflicting and causing the issue, can you please try a conflict test?

I hope the following flowchart comes in handy: https://wpmudev.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif

Please make sure to take a complete backup of the site or consider doing the test on a staging site.

Please let us know the result.

    Best Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hi Nebu,
    Thank you for the suggestion.
As I installed some caching pluginsm such as W3 Total Cache, I am wondering if I should cache the contact form page as well – Please advise?

    Hi @sunjiaqi

As I installed some caching pluginsm

We don’t suggest installing more than one caching plugin as it can cause some issues.

However, you can still cache the plugin page and use the Load from Ajax on Forminator > Form > Behaviour.

If that doesn’t prevent the invalid nonce for your caching plugin you can remove the form page from caching.

Our developers are also working to improve this and prevent some issues with caching plugins.
