Cached Website- Updates Don't Show On Line- Older Version

An older version of my website is all I can seem to get online. It is still a work in progress but a new header and other changes have been added but when ever I put in my website url https://www.darkhavenbookreviews.com; all I get is an older version of my website. I went online and found what I thought was the answer to this problem having to do with removing the ‘cached’ pages of the website on line. The site said add this phrase in the <header> section of my css which I did right after <header> I added <META NAME=”ROBOTS” CONTENT=”NOARCHIVE”>
It didn’t do anything. Can someone please tell me why my site doesn’t show the current version as it should? I am at work but I will be checking back in frequently during the day hoping someone has a solution. Thanks in advance.
