Cached thumbnails not being replaced?

    I have successfully replaced images but the thumbnails in the gallery are not updating. I’ve tried clearing my browser’s cache and flushing the site’s cache. I don’t have any plugins that hold the cache either. Any ideas as to how to fix this?
