    Hi,

    I’ve used the plugin on many sites with no issue but recently have gotten the “Cached Redirection detected” error:

    Plugin: 4.8
    WordPress: 5.4.2 (single)
    PHP: 7.1.33-16+0~20200514.38+debian9~1.gbp1e5820
    Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/83.0.4103.116 Safari/537.36
    JavaScript: https://wearablefutures.co/wp-content/plugins/redirection/redirection.js
    REST API: https://wearablefutures.co/wp-json/
    Buster: 4.6.2 === 4.8

    As I don’t use any kind of CDN or caching plugin, I’m not sure how to clear the cache. I spoke with the backend admin who confirmed the server cache was cleared. Any ideas on what do do? Thanks!

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    The file https://wearablefutures.co/wp-content/plugins/redirection/redirection.js is showing version 4.6.2. It should show version 4.8

    Thanks for the tip. Weird that only in the code can one see it’s 4.6.2.

    Question: As it doesn’t seem possible to access the plugin’s setting panel, it seems I must delete then reinstall the plugin.

    Is there a way to extract/copy the existing redirects first, before deleting the plugin? Thanks!

    You won’t be able to export the data if you can’t access the plugin page.

    Deleting the plugin from WordPress will delete all data.

    If you think your plugin has old files then it would be better to delete the plugin manually, by deleting the directory from wp-content/plugins.

    Thanks very much!
