Cached Redirection detected

Hi,

I don’t since when exactly (a couple of weeks at most) but I can’t access the settings for the Redirection plugin. I read the documentation, emptied the cache (using both WP Rocket and the old school method : literaly empty the cache folder on server) but still the same error.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin but that didn’t make it better.I can see something is wrong with the version trying to load but I have no idea on how to correct it.
Most of the threads already opened regarding this matter report that CloudFlare was being used, which is not the case here.
It is the only site I run with that error, I’d be grateful if someone could give a few pointers.
