Cached Pages and my site is broken

Hello,
I installed super cache and super minify to speed my site up. The site is now broken.. I have disabled and deleted both plugins and the problem is still occurring.

I installed these plugins because they were highly recommended and I lack the knowledge to remedy this problem.
