Cached html only before cookie accept

    Hi. I’m usign this plugin, at the moment in free version to test on my development environment. I have installed a plugin for GDPR (Ultimate GDPR & CCPA), that blocks cookies before user accepts.
    Why cached version (with combined css/js files in header) is shown until before user accepts cookies (or interacts with cookie banner)? The URL is the same, before and after user interaction so I think we can exclude that WPFC avoid the cached version for url with query string.
    Any idea?

    P.S. I visit website through a different browser from the other one I use to stay logged in as administrator.

    if page is cached, “cookie accept” popup does not work.
