    Which problem? Because there is a lot of issue in this thread:
    – You can hide the reviewers’ photo in the admin and in the free widget configurator as well (from v3.3).
    – Google and Tripadvisor image cache: As I wrote previously, we cannot influence that. So we should we wait or hide that images.
    – Google profile picture: If you re-created the plugin (@ Troubleshoot tab) and re-connected your Google profile, what picture did you got? Can you send me the URL?

    Hi, we are talking about only Google profile picture. The rest works fine. I updated to the latest version but my Google profile picture still didn’t show up. However, I disconnected and connected again according to your instruction, now it works. Thanks so much.
