    Hello @topsan123,

These contents come directly from Tripadvisor or Google. They manage the caching. And also it would be copyright problematic, if we want to save these pictures for our own…

Hiding images fix the issue? If yes, please give me the code to hide the images.

    Hello!

    Some solutions:
    – You can hide review’s images:
    a) in WordPress: insert a raw HTML/Javascript block type into your page and insert this code: <script>jQuery(".ti-profile-img").remove();</script>
    b) In Trustindex admin you can switch the images off: Edit Website widget > Appearance > “Reviewers’ photo shown”: No
    – You wait till Google and Tripadvisor will solve this (they will set cache validators to their CDN network).

Feel free to write us if you need more assitance,
    Tom

Done with the first option! But for the second option, I couldn’t find the option Website widget > Appearance > “Reviewers’ photo shown”: No.

    Thanks!

    Super!

    For the second solution:
    – if you have registered to https://admin.trustindex.io/
    – just navigate here: https://admin.trustindex.io/widget?type=website
    – select a widget ( a create a new one ) and there you can find the “Apperarance” block where you will find that option.

Thanks. Even thought I’ve done it but when I test in gtmetrix.com, no difference. So, I have to wait, right?

I think the inserted <script> runs to late. You should write it right before the widget’s shortcode. But it is also possible that Gmetrix does not follow that because it cannot track the modification of the content by the scripts.

I have made a feature request, so if you wait (I think) a week and will refresh the new version, you should see a new option in the “Free Widget Configurator” tab, which will solve this problme for you.

    Thank you for your patience,
    Tom

By the way, Vertical scroll bar of user’s review content is not working. I cannot scroll down to read more.

Can you send me an URL where I can check that problem?

    Hello!

Please try again. Now Google should show the right picture.
    Is it OK now?

    Waiting for your reply,
