Cache/transient not cleared: Counter/number badge next to user not updated

    When there are new users for approval, the counter/number badge next to users admin navigation item is shown, which is a nice feature. However, it does not always update automatically when users are approved or rejected.

    Only manually flushing the WordPress site cache updates that number.
    It appears that a transient is not updated when an user is approved or rejected.
