Cache timeout too long for all feeds

I know this. How long is the official timeout and how can I change it globally?

My feeds are time dependent, the delay should not be longer than 1..2 hours.

There is not standard timeout, this depends on by your default wordpress settings.

In order to change it globally just remove the check:
if( 'https://themeisle.com/feed' == $feedURL )

Are we to leave the code as is or do we replace the link with our rss feed? I cannot figure out how to change the cache to 5 minutes. The plugin isn’t picking up my new shows in a timely fashion at all.
