Cache Timeout not working

Hello,

The “cache timeout” option are not working.I already try disabling all the plugin but still the option not working.Overall the plugin is super superb ?? I am proud to say that this is the best plugin that I am using right now :),Hopefully this problem will fix as soon as possible thanks in advance.
