Cache Time

When conducting a speed test on my site, the Page Speed Performance grade suggests to leverage browser caching by lengthening the cache lifetime. I looked in the settings and there wasn’t a place to specify an expiration (suggested to set at least one week in the future). Or, am I missing the setting? The files mentioned are listed below. Please guide me or provide an option to help. Thanks!
