Cache taking up excessive drive space

Hi
I am running out of disk space – when I check the largest files I find that cache/logs is a major culprit.

I use W3 Total Cache – and have cleared all caches in that plugin but it does not affect the disk usage.

Can I delete the Logs somehow?
