Thanks for the speedy response, I have set the cache time-out as you have suggested, but it’s still not showing the variations for non admins.

I think the best bet will be to see what the plugin developers say and forward the first link you have given me.

maybe WP_CRON was disabled. Can you try to set cronjob as below?

Hi Emre,

The developer of the single variations has finally got back to me, and has said the following:

“This might be issue with your caching plugin, since our plugin does not apply any CSS or JS on the frontend, it only modifies the product query on please make sure your caching plugin does not cache the queries.”

How do I check if we are caching the queries? Would this be in the plugin settings or in the code somewhere? (I’m not a developer so not sure where to start)

If a url contains a query string, the url is not cached. please take a look at the following tutorial to enable it.

Thanks, we just needed to know the plugin didn’t automatically add it as default-as the simple variations team are saying that’s what happening-ile get back to them and see what they suggest next.
