cache problem with Varnish cache

Hey,
I have my website hosted on dreamhost with dreampress plan, and they use Varnish cache, since I installed Mailchimp plugin for WooCommerce I am having performance issues, after contacting dreamhost support they concluded that their plugin is ignoring the Varnish cache, because it uses a cookie (mailchimp_landing_site) on every page for non-logged-in users. Is there any option to disable this? Or something we can do?

However, the cache is bypassed since Mailchimp for Woocommerce, plugin uses a cookie on all pages for non-logged users. The cookies is:
mailchimp_landing_site
At the moment we do not know which function creates the cookie or
how to disable just the cookie, so you might want to reach out to the
developers or disable the plugin to have the Varnish caching working normally.
This will improve the site loading speed and decrease the resource
usage.
