Cache problem exists, but I have not installed any Cache plugin.

  • My site had encountered Cache problem. So I deleted WP3 Total Cache. But still the problem exists.

    When my friend searched my website and went to homepage, it was showing old page without recent posts, which I have posted today. The GTMetrix also shows my HomePage with old posts. No new post is shown to new user. It is always showing posts that I have post someday ago. After refreshing the homepage, it updates. However, I have disable cache to 0. But it was still showing the problem. When I upadted cache level to 2 i.e. normal. It was still showing the problem. Please help in fixing this problem.
