    Hello,
    Is minify enabled?
Go to the toolbar on the top of your page, hower over Performance and purge all caches.
    See if the issue persist.

It means that Minify is enabled. If you do not want that file minified you can exclude it from being minified in Performance>Minify, advanced sub-box Never minify the following CSS files: text area.
You can also switch to manual minify and add JS and CSS files manually to minify without adding the mentioned file.

i did not understand your question. “advanced sub-box Never minify the following CSS files: text area.” where it is located?

It’s in the Performance>Minify, scroll down to Advanced sub-box and there you will find Never minify the following CSS files:

hi, i have one question about cache minified file that is linked in the head file. This file takes too much time. how can i reduce the time load of that cache minified file. currently this is the link
    https://www.creativesystems.com/wp-content/cache/minify/6cd2b.default.include.b63fe6.css
    please suggest me about this?

    Hello,

This is a render-blocking CSS file. You have the minify settings set on auto. You can eliminate render-blocking CSS with the setting in Performance>Minify, CSS sub-box and select “Eliminate render-blocking CSS by moving it to HTTP body ” This feature is available after the upgrade to Pro.
You can also switch to Manual minify and add those both JS and CSS files manually and in proper order.

hi, there is an option of maintaining cache system so that when new post create or update, then cache will be purched otherwise cache will be stored.
    please suggest me about this.

    Hello,

You have the option for that in Perormance>Page Cache, Purge policy: Page Cache sub box. You can also user Automatically prime the page cache option in Cache Preload sub-box to specify the update interval before creating another set of cached pages.
