Cache not rebuilding

On https://carnhill-sowter.com, I have setup updates so they only run from 00:00 to 02:00, a CRON job runs at 03:00 to rebuild the cache, yet everytime I load pages up past the home page, it is obvious I am building the page caches from scratch each time – any ideas? The auto rebuild after update is enabled in wp-config.
